Like the original Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter this game is a lot of fun. With squad based tactical combat using high tech gadgets like scout drones, gun cameras, etc you can know what to expect before you get into combat. The biggest reason most people play this game is the multiplayer though as the solo game is super short and clocks in around 8 hours time. I do however like the stories and game play that have come out of the Tom Clancy?s Series lately. In GRAW 2 you are the same Scott Mitchell from the first one in Mexico trying to prevent some rebel terrorists from using 3 Ukrainian nukes against the USA. One of them gets detonated in a Mexican Marketplace early on in the game leaving two to recover. Your fight is mostly on Mexican soil but you end up in the USA preventing some Mercenaries from disabling the US defense grid. One of the great things about the game is the Epic feeling of the story, without it being a long drawn out game. It?s short and that?s alright but once you make it through the game it?s all about multiplayer to get full value of the high purchase price. Depending on your gaming budget and your desire to play online you might want to just rent this game for now.
